I'm having a Halloween hangover

I'm still kind of in a dark, creepy mood from all the Halloween hoopla. So, I've got one more weird & creatively off-the-wall creation in the spirit of all things dark, creepy, & mildly disturbing.

I thought it was a cool bottle since it has the 1862 date on it. Did anything weird or disturbing happen in that year in history besides the Civil War?

I feel this bottle is screaming out to us - whether from the depths of its soul or just in a frenzy. There's so much concentrated in this one area: faces, cogs, zipper, buckle, nuts & bolts. The industrial world is churning along, leaving pieces in its path.

It's also bumpy & textured, leaving artistic pathways & trails behind, like a creative slug.

I hope it speaks to you as well - maybe not literally because that would definitely be freaky. But in a creative & inspirational way. And I hope my friends at the Dream in DarknessCreative Artiste, and Altered Eclectics challenge blogs find something in common with this industrial mixed media masterpiece as well.
