Just bee-cuz

Hello, hello! I'm here today with a bee-utiful little project: a ticket journal. And the focus is bees 🐝

I got this ATC ticket journal from Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts and they're the bees knees - see what I did there 😃.  I used some beautiful papers from Craft Consortium's Gypsy Gypsy collection along with some graphics from The Graphics Fairy (love that site!)



And if you're going to have a bee hive, you've got to use Seth Apter's Vintage Beeswax Baked Textures powder and a net to protect yourself!



Other fun highlights include metal and chipboard bees, lacquer, 3D foam mounting, a little Aged Brass wax on the beehive....and another fun thing - flocking!







I made these lovely vellum bee wings - he's ready for lift-off!!



This was such a fun project to put together and the paper collection was the absolute perfect choice!



I think it's just bee-lightful!  I'm entering this at the Scrapki Wyzwaniowo challenge blog for their Bees challenge, the Mini Album Makers Challenge Blog, and the Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts Craft Group - I'm all abuzz!
